We sell and ship to continental USA addresses only (no PO boxes). If you do not have an eBay or Amazon account, signing up is fast, easy and equips you with added buyer protection and shopping convenience. Order processing plus UPS Ground delivery for stock items normally requires 3-7 days depending on your location. All kit shipments are fully insured and tracked.

Instrument Only? If you already have essential tools and skills, we sell individual FLEA ukuleles without all the kit accessories (padded gig bag and instruction booklet still included). Individual ukuleles are not available for ’will call’ pickup in Cincinnati ... only complete Musician Maker Kits, each featuring a genuine FLEA ukulele plus everything to get you started.

Need Ukulele Strings or Basic Lesson Help? We offer two brands of concert size strings: Aquila Nylgut ($8 per set) and Hilo black nylon ($6 per set). Bulk quantity discounts are available.

We also offer an excellent DVD series by Homespun entitled "Ukulele for Kids" with video lessons taught by Grammy award winner Marcy Marxer. Ideal for young learners, clubs and classes. Highly instructive, fun to strum and sing along! Each DVD in this lesson series has a MSRP of $19.95 if sold separately. We sell them for less.

When buying direct, we prefer to process payment in advance and make kits available for convenient ’will call’ pickup at Clovernook. Just send us an email (info@truejoyacoustics.com) and we’ll make all the arrangements and process electronic payment. This is handled via PayPal’s secure email invoicing system. Return Policy

FLEA ukuleles and Musician Maker Kits distributed by True Joy Acoustics are warranted to original purchaser to be free from defects in kit material and assembly for a period of thirty (30) days following the confirmed UPS delivery date of your order. Instrument, accessory pouch and tuner come with original manufacturer warranty.

We work hard to ensure that you will be delighted with your purchase. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us immediately via email and provide a complete description.

Refunds pertain to the original purchase price only and are subject to a re-handling fee if returns are not due to product quality or order fulfillment error on our part. Please see policy and procedures outlined on our eBay Store site and Amazon.com.
